Secure Packaging
Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton, ensuring all certificates and tags are included.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the returned piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
